The water park was a hit with the kids, and they loved all the pool activities. Check-in was chaotic, and our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. Food prices were high, and the arcade had many broken games. not the smoothest experience, but we enjoyed our time.

The water park’s maintenance closure cut into our plans, and the food options, while decent, came with slow service. Highlights included the courteous cabana staff and responsive customer service texts. the overall cleanliness and upkeep left much to be desired, making it hard to recommend for a family vacation. It's not quite the escape you hope for, considering the price.

This hotel is perfectly situated just a short drive from Epcot, only about 4 km away, and within almost 2 km of the thrilling NBA Experience and the vibrant Characters in Flight, making it an ideal base for exploring Orlando’s best attractions while also offering fun amenities like a waterpark and pools to keep the kids entertained after a long day. The family-friendly features, such as kids under 11 eating free at breakfast, definitely add to the charm, but it could benefit from improving the check-in process to enhance experience.

The room offered ample space, which was a plus for our family. the temperature control was disappointing. It felt freezing, and the heating didn't work well, making for an uncomfortable night. The sofa appeared old and created noise with every movement. Plentiful hot water in the shower was a highlight. We found the room dark, lacking sufficient lighting. there were very few garbage cans available. Noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable, impacting our peace. The overall cleanliness left something to be desired, particularly in common areas.

Conveniently located near all parks. The water park area was a hit with my kids. Staff were incredibly friendly, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was top-notch; don’t skip the French toast. The pool was spacious even with a wheelchair. our room lacked proper cleanliness, which detracted from our experience. No washcloths provided, and amenities needed attention. We encountered issues with bed stability and noise from neighboring guests, impacting our rest. Despite these drawbacks, the amenities and activities for kids were impressive, allowing for somewhat independent play. With some improvements in housekeeping and noise management, this could be a truly fabulous destination. Would consider returning, but with reservations.

The water areas are great for little ones, and the rooms are clean and cozy. You can find nice play areas for kids and fun slides to keep them entertained.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but it’s still manageable.

The spacious rooms were perfect for my family, especially the bunk beds! We had a blast at the waterpark, and the heated oasis pool was our favorite hangout. Plus, the free mini golf and delicious breakfast made each day more exciting!

So, my recent stay at Holiday Inn was a bit of a mixed bag. On the upside, the room we stayed in had a nice flat-screen TV, perfect for winding down after a long day. The kids especially loved the bunk beds in the room, which was a fun touch. there were quite a few things that didn't sit well with us. The plumbing was a nightmare - the bathtub and kitchen sink were both clogged, which made showering a quick and unpleasant experience. It was really frustrating not being able to bathe my baby properly. The cleanliness of the rooms was also a major issue - they smelled bad and were very dusty, causing my mom to feel unwell. the lack of fresh towels and toilet paper was a real inconvenience. The staff at the marketplace were great, but overall, the service was lacking. The hotel amenities were not well-maintained, with the jacuzzi being dirty and some activities being constantly shut down. The property itself felt outdated and in need of a refresh. the location was convenient, but the overall experience was underwhelming. The pool closure and lack of essential amenities like a coffee maker and laundry facilities added to our disappointment.

the pools were great for families with kids, with attentive lifeguards and the room was spacious and clean. the suite with bunk beds was awesome, and the staff were friendly. plus, there were plenty of activities for families and kids. i even liked it so much that i bought a timeshare, which says a lot!
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊

I chose Holiday Inn for its convenient location near Epcot. The experienced event staff pleasantly surprised me with their helpfulness. I also enjoyed the casual dining options at the food court.

If you and your squad wanna have the time of your lives, this place is it! We hit the waterpark and arcade, totally epic! The lagoon pool had us chillin' while the activities center kept us pumped. The mini golf course was lit, and the restaurants had the best grub for us young peeps!
One thing, though, I wish they had a rad dance floor or DJ for us party animals to let loose all night long! .

The sheets and pillows were dreamy, absolute cloud-like comfort. Perfect for snuggling during our romantic escape. The location was ideal, super close to all the theme parks in the area. Plus, the waterpark was a blast for a fun day out in the sun.
Our room was a nightmare. Beds collapsing, dirty floors, and even vomit on the boxspring.

Home to the Lagoon Pool and Waterpark with sparkling pool, water slides, and fun poolside activities. The on-site activity center keeps younger guests entertained. Minutes from all Disney attractions, it offers endless fun for families.
In my wife's opinion, more frequent room cleanings would benefit families.

During my Christmas stay, I found the endless entertainment options and excellent on-site food to be highlights of the experience. The friendly staff and spacious suite, even with a wheelchair, added to the pleasant stay. The property's convenient location close to various attractions made exploring the area a breeze.
On the downside, some issues included limited accessible parking near certain buildings and occasional maintenance problems like non-functioning chair lifts at the pool. These minor inconveniences were easily managed, though they could be improved for a smoother guest experience.

The staff at the food court were so friendly and the event coordinator did a fantastic job with the family night. The pool was wonderful and the kids had a blast. Security was helpful and always had a smile.

The on-site waterpark, pools, and water slides were a hit for the kids and fun for adults. The variety of dining options, including the Mexican restaurant and pizza place, offered affordable and tasty meals. Additionally, the arcade, 4D theater, and laser tag provided great entertainment options for families.
Felt like a home away from home, nothing to worry about.
